Advantage TO-4 Transmission Fluids

OVERVIEW

ADVANTAGE TO-4 TRANSMISSION FLUIDS are premium quality lubricants specially formulated to meet both Caterpillar TO-4 and Allison C-4 (SAE 10W and 30 viscosity grades) requirements. These fluids are designed for use in power-shift transmissions, final drives, hydrostatic transmissions, torque converters and hydraulic systems of Caterpillar equipment. ADVANTAGE TO-4 TRANSMISSION FLUIDS provide substantially improved friction and antiwear performance compared with older API CD/TO-2 fluids.

APPLICATIONS

ADVANTAGE TO-4 TRANSMISSION FLUIDS are designed for use in powershift transmissions, hydrostatic transmissions, torque converters, final drives and hydraulic systems of Caterpillar and other off-highway construction and mining equipment Heavy-duty commercial automatic and manual transmission where Allison C-4 or Caterpillar TO-4 fluid is specified.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

ADVANTAGE TO-4 TRANSMISSION FLUIDSoffer good low temperature pump-ability, optimized clutch-friction retention and slippage control, and improved clutch life compared to the best API CD/TO-2 engine oils. Their excellent anti-wear and load carrying capabilities work to reduce gear wear and extend transmission life, while providing superior brake chatter control. These oils provide hydraulic stability and protection against high-pressure pump wear along with outstanding thermal and oxidation stability.
